TAXES & DUITES

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

(UPDATED JUNE 2nd, 2023. IF YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER BEFORE THEN DUTIES & TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED) Deliveries to some countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country and the value of your purchase. This is then added to your shopping cart total, duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you have any other questions about duties and taxes, email us hello@murlongcres.com 

Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

• The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from Norway.
• Duties charged for processing by your country.

 

Can my order be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)?

Some countries allow or require orders to be shipped DDU, these will be visible to your at time of checkout. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

 

DISPATCH

We want you to enjoy your Murlong Cres purchases as fast as possible! Orders placed before 1pm GMT will be dispatched by the next business day if the items are in stock. If you placed a pre-order please see estimated delivery time on the product page.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.

 

TRACKING

All Murlong Cres purchases are tracked and shipped with DHL Express or Bring. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will attempt to deliver at another time. You can also use DHL's 'On Demand Delivery' service to reschedule your delivery, select an alternate address, and more. Please note that Murlong Cres is not liable for any stolen parcels after delivery.
