At Murlong Cres, many of our garments are made to order. This means your piece is handmade especially for you, and production begins only after the order deadline.

We do this to reduce overproduction, ensure quality, and honor the slow fashion values we believe in.

Please note:

• Made-to-order items are not pre-produced or in stock.

• Production begins after the order deadline and typically takes 6–8 weeks.

• The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page.

Despite being made to order, your purchase is still eligible for return within our standard 14-day return policy, counted from the day you receive your item.
