Our factory is a small family owned business in Zhejiang, China with just 100 employees. The employees receive a wage 15-20% higher than the local average. The factory has obtained the 'Standard Social Report’ certificate, which shows a high ethical working standard is met.
We thoroughly vetted our factory because we care about the people making our clothes. We strongly believe we have found the perfect factory that offers a safe, fulfilling work environment for its employees. We also opt for producing in China because we have found that it offers more advanced technology options that can produce the highly intricate design features (hand-drawn embroideries, appliqués, custom lace engineering) that we want to incorporate into our collections. China is also know for their expertise when it comes to silk – which we love.
Our "made to order" products are handmade in-house in our studio in Norway.
Shipping time depends on your location. It usually takes about 2-7 business days. We ship with Posten within Norway. All international orders will be shipped with DHL.
We ship from Norway, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Murlong Cres is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
