Classically Scandinavian and reminiscent of the Norwegian word ull, wool, the name Ulrikke is fitting for this handmade woolen jumper. The Ulrikke knit, with a cozy neckline and a flattering fit at the hips, combines comfort and style. Woven from an alpaca wool-silk blend yarn, she’s also practical; alpaca wool and silk are moisture-wicking and warm, making them must-haves in cold climates.
The Ulrikke is soft to the touch and undeniably chic, making her an ideal piece in colder weather. Wear to a farmer’s market on a chilly autumn morning, for a cozy après-ski hot cocoa, or during cooler evenings in the spring and summer –– she’ll become a well-loved companion throughout the seasons.
The Ulrikke Knit was designed by Murlong Cres for the Autumn/Winter 2021 season. Inspired by Scandinavian tradition. Produced in partnership with Mathilde Iversen of Mask.knit, who spends six hours hand-knitting each sweater in Norway.
This knit sweater features a mock neck and is gently fitted at the wrists and hemline. Blended yarn: 77% alpaca wool, 23% silk.
