Please keep in mind that we are unable to enlarge garments, so it's important to choose a size that accommodates all your needs. You can access precise measurements for each garment by clicking the 'size chart' link. Please note that major alterations, such as changing the dress style, are not within our service scope. Keep in mind that selecting tailoring will extend the delivery time by 2-3 weeks. Custom tailored garments are non-refundable.

Shipping

Murlong Cres ships orders from our 3PL Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Norway may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Beginning on December 20th, 2023, we will be shipping all orders DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), which means that we will take care of any applicable duties and fees on your behalf. This adjustment is aimed at providing a more seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you love your Murlong Cres items. However, if you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

Initiate and ship your return within 14 working days from receiving your order. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Items must be unused, with safety tags intact and in original packaging.
Returns are refunded to the original payment method.

We are delighted to provide free worldwide shipping to all our customers. However, as a small business, it’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Murlong Cres when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Refund:

After the refund is processed, please anticipate receiving it within 10 business days. The exact timing of the arrival is subject to Shopify and your bank's processing times.
Kindly note that any international duties and taxes incurred are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Murlong Cres we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. Initiate and ship your exchange within 14 working days from receiving your order.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Murlong Cres when sent back.
