Returns and Exchanges Policy
We sincerely hope you love your Murlong Cres items. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following guidelines:
Returns

Initiate and Ship:
Begin your return and ship the item within 14 days of receiving your order. To start your return, click here. -
Condition Requirements:
Items must be unused, with all safety tags intact, and in their original packaging. -
Refunds:

Returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:
- Murlong Cres does not cover return shipping costs.
- If you choose to be refunded, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund based on the following rates:
- Norway: 100 NOK
- Rest of Scandinavia: 200 NOK
- Rest of Europe: 350 NOK
- USA: 400 NOK
- Asia/Oceania: 600 NOK
- Store Credit Option: If you choose store credit instead of a refund, Murlong Cres will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt. Timing depends on Shopify and your bank's processing times.
- Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale for international customers and cannot be returned or exchanged. For Norwegian customers, sale items are subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. Items must be returned unused, with all safety tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Fees: International duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Norway Only:
At this time, we only offer exchanges for customers in Norway. International customers must return the item and place a new order if they wish to change the size or style. -

Items must be unworn, with all security ribbons and labels intact. -
Processing Time:
Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days, plus additional delivery time. -
Shipping Costs:
- For customers in Norway, Murlong Cres does not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges back to our warehouse.
- However, we are pleased to cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
