Norwegian Orders

Customers in Norway have a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer rules.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of use, perfume, makeup, stains, pet hair, smoke, deodorant marks, washing, alterations or damage may be refused.

Refunds for eligible Norwegian returns are processed once the return has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs or return label fees may apply, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law.

International Orders

International customers have a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy or required by applicable law.

International returns are normally processed as store credit only, unless a refund is required by the consumer laws that apply in the customer’s country.

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you need another size or style, please place a new order and return the original item according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Sale Items

Norwegian customers may return eligible sale items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable Norwegian consumer rules.

International sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Please make sure to check the size guide, product details, color, delivery information, duties, taxes and import fees carefully before placing an international sale order.

Wrong, Faulty or Damaged Items
