You should receive an order confirmation by email to the address that you provided at checkout. It will reach you inbox shortly after you have completed your purchase. Please check the spam folder if you do not get the email within a few minutes.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet arrived, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions of the pre-order process.
When you pre-order an item from Murlong Cres it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your garment can be dispatched once available.
We do our best to specify on the product page when a pre-order item will arrive but these dates are an estimation and the garment can sometimes become available before or after the advised date. If you have additional garments included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be sent after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item.

All orders are shipped from Drammen, Norway.

International taxes & duties
We process all orders in NOK (Norwegian Krone), and during the checkout process, you will be billed using the latest exchange rates. Please be aware that orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
Starting on December 20th 2023, we implemented a new policy where we charge and cover import duties and taxes on behalf of our customers. However, it's essential to understand that if you placed your order before this date, our policy regarding import taxes and duties was different, and they were not covered by us. Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
We sincerely hope you love your Murlong Cres items. However, if you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
- Initiate and ship your return within 14 working days from receiving your order. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Items must be unused, with safety tags intact and in original packaging.
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
We are delighted to provide free worldwide shipping to all our customers. However, as a small business, we find ourselves unable to cover the cost of returns. Below, you’ll find an estimated breakdown of return shipping costs from various regions around the globe. Return labels will be generated in our returns portal, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Estimated return costs:
- Norway: 79 NOK / 7 USD / 7 EUR
- Rest of Europe: 300-400 NOK / 29-37 USD / 27-35 EUR
- Australia: 500-600 NOK / 49-56 USD / 43-52 EUR
- Rest of the world: 300-400 NOK / 29-37 USD / 27-35 EUR
Nonetheless, should you opt for store credit over a refund, we are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping as a token of our appreciation.
Refund:
- After the refund is processed, please anticipate receiving it within 10 business days. The exact timing of the arrival is subject to Shopify and your bank's processing times.
- Kindly note that any international duties and taxes incurred are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit (Complimentary):
- After the return is processed, you will promptly receive the store credit code through our return portal.
- Store credit are complimentary, and there will be no deduction for the return label cost (we cover this expense).
- However, please be aware that any international duties and taxes incurred are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
