Order Process

Murlong Cres ships orders from our 3PL Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination and are provided as a guideline only. They do not account for possible delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs. Murlong Cres delivers worldwide. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.

All domestic orders are shipped via Bring.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


International Taxes & Duties

As of September 19th, 2025, all international orders from Murlong Cres are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means that duties and taxes are already included in the listed price, and we cover and pay these charges on your behalf. You will not receive any additional customs fees upon delivery. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refusal of Payment for Customs Fees

If a shipment from Murlong Cres is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and return shipping expenses. In some cases, the shipping carrier may deem the package abandoned, leading to its disposal. Such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
