Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
By placing a pre-order with Murlong Cres, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Murlong Cres may list items for pre-order under various scenarios, including, but not limited to, situations where an item is out of stock, a new item is awaiting stock arrival, or for future inventory replenishments of items currently in stock. When you place a pre-order, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at such time. The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Please note that this date is an estimate, and is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt. The estimated delivery date that you receive in your confirmation email is subject to change based on production, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note any future modifications you request to pre-order purchases may result in a later shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.
Murlong Cres reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”). In the event of a canceled pre-order, a full refund will be made by Comft to your original payment method.
As long as your pre-order has not yet been shipped, you may request the following changes:
- Update your email address
- Update your shipping address
- Cancel your order
Please note that payment is captured at the time of purchase. If you choose to cancel your order, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded to the original gift card within 24 hours.
Once your pre-order has been delivered, you have 14 days to initiate a return. Our standard return policy applies to all pre-orders.

Murlong Cres reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at any time.
We always aim to dispatch your pre-order as close to the estimated shipment date as possible. In some cases, this may result in your order being shipped in multiple deliveries.
If an item is not shipped within the original estimated timeframe, you may request to cancel the affected item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method. To do so, please contact our customer service team at hello@murlongcres.com.
We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your pre-order. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued automatically.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay, or if we cancel your order, it will be canceled immediately and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed right away, but please allow up to 14 days for the amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your shipping and billing details. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to keep it up to date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address entered at checkout is valid and monitored regularly for updates regarding your order, including potential delays (please also check your spam or junk folder).
Murlong Cres is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided, or for details that become outdated after purchase, and we are not obligated to verify or correct such information.

Murlong Cres reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on comfrt.com, and continued use of the site or participation in a pre-order after the changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Murlong Cres shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from delays in shipment, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues once the order has been handed over to the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
