Shipping policy
Order Process
Murlong Cres ships orders from our 3PL Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination and are provided as a guideline only. They do not account for possible delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs. Murlong Cres delivers worldwide. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.

All domestic orders are shipped via Bring.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping to the United States
Yes, we ship to the US, and we pay the tariffs. Every US order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). All import duties, tariffs and fees are already included in the price you see at checkout. We pay them directly to US Customs on your behalf, so DHL will never ask you for money at your door.
What you pay
- The product price shown in USD. Duties and tariffs are already included.
- Shipping: $55 with DHL Express, or free on orders over $546.
- That's it. No surprise customs bills, brokerage fees or handling charges.
How long it takes
- In-stock pieces leave our studio in Norway within 1–3 business days.
- DHL Express delivers to the US in 3–5 business days.
- Pre-order and made-to-order pieces show their estimated ship date on the product page.
- You'll get a DHL tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
What about the new US import rules?
US import rules have changed several times since 2025. You don't need to keep track of them, because we do. Whatever the current duties are, they are included in your price.
Ordering for a wedding?
Tell us your date in the order notes or email hello@murlongcres.com before you order. We'll confirm that your dress arrives in time.
Returns
Changed your mind? Full-price items can be returned within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method, including the duties built into the price. You arrange and pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges and sale items are non-refundable. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
DHL contacted me about a customs payment. What do I do?
Don't pay it. Forward the message to hello@murlongcres.com and we'll sort it out with DHL. Since our US orders are DDP, this should not happen.
International Taxes & Duties
As of September 19th, 2025, all international orders from Murlong Cres are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means that duties and taxes are already included in the listed price, and we cover and pay these charges on your behalf. You will not receive any additional customs fees upon delivery. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable (US orders: see "Shipping to the United States" above).
Refusal of Payment for Customs Fees
If a shipment from Murlong Cres is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and return shipping expenses. In some cases, the shipping carrier may deem the package abandoned, leading to its disposal. Such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
