Order
Unfortunately, information such as address, name, telephone number and other information cannot be adjusted after the order has been confirmed. The order is confirmed as soon as you have completed your purchase. Always make sure that the information you provide at checkout is correct before you complete the order.
Please note, that it is not possible to change or add products to an order once the purchase has been made.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Drammen, Norway.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

International taxes & duties
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the Norway may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Murlong Cres, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Murlong Cres.
Returns & Exchanges
You are always welcome to make a return within 14 days after receiving your order. All products must be returned in unused condition, with all labels still intact and packed in the original Murlong Cres packaging.

If you are based in Norway we offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
