Before purchase
Each product page includes a size chart, located just above the size selector. Click it to view the exact measurements for that style.
If you scroll further down the page, you’ll also find a Size & Fit tab. Here we share additional recommendations — for example, whether the fabric has stretch, if the style runs small or large, and which sizes the models are wearing.
If your size is unavailable, you can sign up for the waitlist directly on the product page. You’ll then receive an email notification if the style is restocked.
Please note that we don’t restock all of our products. Some styles are limited edition, while others may return depending on demand. As a rule of thumb, if many customers join the waitlist, we are more likely to restock that style.
We design our pieces to be true to size. However, “true to size” can vary depending on what you’re used to. That’s why we list all exact measurements and size recommendations on each product page.
Fit can differ slightly depending on the fabric and silhouette. If a style runs larger or smaller than usual, this will always be noted under the Size & Fit tab. If nothing is mentioned, you can assume the style runs true to size.
No, we currently don’t offer gift cards.

Order & Shipping
Should you realize any inaccuracies in your provided information, we urge you to reach out to us immediately at hello@murlongcres.com. Please note, once your order has been shipped, we regrettably will not have the ability to alter your order details.
You should receive an order confirmation by email to the address that you provided at checkout. It will reach you inbox shortly after you have completed your purchase. Please check the spam folder if you do not get the email within a few minutes.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet arrived, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions of the pre-order process.
When you pre-order an item from Murlong Cres it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your garment can be dispatched once available.
We do our best to specify on the product page when a pre-order item will arrive but these dates are an estimation and the garment can sometimes become available before or after the advised date. If you have additional garments included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be sent after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item.
All orders are shipped from Drammen, Norway.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep.
When we pack your order, our system automatically sends you a tracking number. However, the parcel may still be in our warehouse until the carrier picks it up and scans it.
Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours, once the shipment has been scanned by the carrier.
No, once an order is placed it will be processed and shipped on its own. It’s not possible for us to combine multiple orders.
If you’d like everything shipped together, you would need to cancel your existing orders and place a new one with all items included. Please note that we ship quickly, so in some cases your order may already be on its way and cannot be canceled.
Yes — all international orders are shipped with DHL Express by default, so you will always receive your order as quickly as possible.
International taxes & duties
We don’t offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping, which means international customers are responsible for checking whether any customs duties or import taxes apply when ordering from Norway.
These charges are issued by local authorities and are not covered by Murlong Cres. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to avoid any surprises upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

If a return is registered or received outside the return window, the item may either be sent back to you or we may issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
No, returns are not free. You can find the applicable return costs outlined in our return policy.
Product & brand
Our products are made in China. We work closely with a small, family-owned factory, and you can read more about them here.
Yes. All of our pieces are handmade in small batches at our family-owned factory in China. This ensures high quality, attention to detail, and limited production.
Not at the moment, but many of our pieces are designed to be easily tailored by a local seamstress.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
