If you want to make a return, please contact us at first.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "DO NOT REMOVE" hangtag. 
  • We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
  • We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
  • Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom made items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you explicitly qualified for free returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please ensure that you use a tracked service only. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The customer is fully responsible for any return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Murlong Cres reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.



If you wish to return an item(s) from Murlong Cres, please follow these steps:

1. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item(s). 

2. Items must be returned in the original conditions and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

3. Email us at with your order number and specify the item(s) that you’d like to return. Please wait for our confirm. 

4. Prepare your package and seal it securely for safe transit. 

5. You can pick your preferred postal service/courier, but please ensure that you use a tracked service only. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The customer is fully responsible for any return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Items must be sent back to us as a return. If you’re outside of the EU, your return parcel should be marked as "Returned goods”. If this procedure is not followed and the package gets held at Customs, it will be refused and therefore be held furthermore or sent back to the customer (please note that in such case any additional cost that might occur will be charged to the customer).

We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire. 


We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on in the same style in a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item and are based on stock availability. Made-to-order garments can not be exchanged. Both domestic and international customers interested in an exchange must cover return shipping costs and shipping cost of the new item. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Once the exchange item is received to the Murlong Cres studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. Murlong Cres does not cover exchange shipping free.



We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Murlong Cres. International customers interested in a return for refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs (made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund or exchange). Murlong Cres is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at



Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by either Bring or DHL will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
