When you place an order, it will ship out within 2 business days if nothing else is written in the product description. Some products may be on pre-order or made to order. If that's the case it's written in the product description.

You will be charged when you place the order. If you have a transaction that didn't go through, or your card was declined, you may see a pending charge on your bank account - this will go away, don't worry!



When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking information. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking to update.



If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.



Shipping time depends on your location. It usually takes about 2-7 business days. We ship with Posten within Norway. All international orders will be shipped with DHL. 



Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged item, etc. Reply to your confirmation email with what the problem is and include pictures if applicable. We'll take care of you!



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders can’t be returned. However, we are happy to offer free alterations if you aren’t satisfied with the fit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you explicitly qualified for free returns.

All items may be returned if they are in new condition, tags attached. All discounted items are final sale.

We cannot do exchanges at this time - you would need to place a new order with the items you want.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the orginal payment method is not available, you will be issued a store credit.



Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by either Posten or DHL will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
