Duties and Taxes

We ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to most countries, meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout when applicable. If DDP is not available for your region, local duties and taxes may be charged upon import.

• Delivery estimates do not include potential delays such as payment processing, stock availability, or customs clearance.
  
• A tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the shipment until delivery.

• You have the right to return or exchange items within a given return window (as specified at purchase).
  
• Returns must meet these conditions: item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered — with original tags and packaging intact.
  
• To return or exchange an item: include the return form, pack the item securely, and send it using a valid shipping method (return shipping cost may apply unless otherwise stated).
  
• Once the return is received and inspected, refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing and refund timing depends on warehouse handling time.
  
• Exchanges or size changes are handled as a new order — when returning the original item, you can place a new order for the desired size instead of a direct exchange.
