You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with original tags and packaging intact.
To return: Fill in the return form, pack the item securely, and ship it back. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the return. Timing depends on your bank, but we'll confirm as soon as it's done.
