Returns & Exchanges
- You have the right to return or exchange items within a given return window (as specified at purchase).
- Returns must meet these conditions: item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered — with original tags and packaging intact.
- To return or exchange an item: include the return form, pack the item securely, and send it using a valid shipping method (return shipping cost may apply unless otherwise stated).
- Once the return is received and inspected, refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing and refund timing depends on warehouse handling time.
- Exchanges or size changes are handled as a new order — when returning the original item, you can place a new order for the desired size instead of a direct exchange.
