The bodice is made of pure silk satin, while the skirt is composed of five meters of airy silk chiffon, creating a flowing, ethereal silhouette. The skirt features two layers of silk chiffon, adding depth and movement with every step.

Size & Fit
Tailoring Services
We provide tailoring services before shipping for an additional fee of 650NOK. Our skilled tailors can make minor adjustments to your garment, such as fine-tuning the bust, waist, hips, or length. Please keep in mind that we are unable to enlarge garments, so it's important to choose a size that accommodates all your needs. You can access precise measurements for each garment by clicking the 'size chart' link. Please note that major alterations, such as changing the dress style, are not within our service scope. Keep in mind that selecting tailoring will extend the delivery time by 2-3 weeks. Custom tailored garments are non-refundable.
If you opt for tailoring, kindly add tailoring to your cart, before providing your measurements and any specific requests in the 'note' section during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can also send this information as a reply to your order confirmation.
Delivery information
We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to all countries, which means we handle international taxes and duties upfront. This ensures you won't face any surprise fees when your order arrives—everything is covered in the price you pay at checkout, making the shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
Returns & Exchanges
We sincerely hope you love your Murlong Cres items. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following guidelines:
Returns:
- Initiate and Ship: Begin your return and ship the item within 14 working days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with safety tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds: Returns are refunded to the original payment method. Please note that:
- Shipping Costs: Murlong Cres does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using your local post office with a tracking ID.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt. The exact timing depends on Shopify and your bank's processing times.
- Non-Refundable Fees: International duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Initiate and Ship: Start your exchange and ship the item within 14 working days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels.
- Processing Time: Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus delivery time.
- Shipping Costs: Murlong Cres does not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges back to our warehouse. However, we are pleased to cover the shipping cost to return the item to you.
